Dear Sirs,
From the minute I walked in they were very professional.  They sat me down.  We went over what needed to be done.  He suggested some maintenance that at the time I could not afford and he said that fine and went on.  And then actually I was there with my eight year old son and we probably weren’t sitting down for more than three or four minutes before another person that worked for the dealership who was not the salesman, came over and gave him (my son) a remote control car to play with for about 40 minutes.  Which totally entertained him.  I figured it was an extra step and it wasn’t a salesman that did it, it was just someone there working in your dealership that noticed he was bored.  That’s the thing, I think they did an unusually exceptional job of taking care of me and specifically my son.  Obviously little kids hate waiting in a dealership.  It’s not the most fun thing to do.  So I thought they did a very good job of getting us in and out very, very quickly and entertaining my son the entire time without me asking.
