I want to praise your management style in the employment of Joseph Creamer, Service Advisor. This gentleman is a friendly, open person who makes one feel that you are the only one with whom he is concerned. This takes great concentration and tack, qualities that are in great need today but I have noticed many of your personnel have excellent demeanors.
My 2007 Camry XLE developed a metal on metal banging sound in or around the rear wheel behind the passenger side of the car. The sound only occurred when the rear tire went over a bump or small slant. It developed about 25 or 30,000 miles. My wife was concerned with safety and yet each time we took the vehicle in, we were advised "there is nothing serious-nothing to worry about". We continued to be concerned and she was fearful of taking the vehicle on long trips. We then took it to other Toyota dealers and they did a number of things but couldn't solve the problem. I even bought new tires because of some advice. After several years, I decided to try once more and fortunately came to your agency and met Joe. He felt his repair people were equal to the task and took time to research the history of our vehicle's problems. He was determined to provide us satisfaction and proper service and despite some efforts the problem remained. Last week he and others committed themselves to find the problem and they did. My wife met Joe and later remarked, "I sure haven't seen any car people like him-he is very nice". She is an excellent judge of character.

We have been Toyota people for years and in or extended family we have 8 Toyotas. (We have 7 adult children). They are aware of your fine service and you can be sure, you will see our vehicles again and again.
