Dear Scott Middleton,
On March 21, 2010 I was involved in a single car accident while visiting Independence, MO. My Toyota Camry was towed to a repair shop where they discovered it was beyond your ability to do the repairs. You facility was called and Dennis Watters took over from that point. He made my unfortunate mishap easier to handle. I forgot to mention that I am from Elk River, Minnesota (400 miles north).

Dennis was in contact with me on continuous basis on status of the repairs, insurance and completion of the repairs. He also called to inform me that he had two days off and that Tyler would be my contact for those days. He provided me direct phone numbers for himself and Tyler. All of my questions were answered and with a very pleasant tone (nice to hear).

Being out of town, it would have been easy for Dennis and Tyler to put me off, since I will probably never be in your area again. But, they took great care of me and in a timely manner.

Just wanted to say Thanks you and you have great employees.
