Sir, may I complement you on your wonderful Toyota store staff?
They are a marvelous team from Steve Swope on down to your entry level employees.
I bought a used Toyota just before you moved to your new location.  It is my seventh Toyota.  I have it serviced at your dealership.  Why do I drive thirty miles for an oil change?  Two words – Dennis Watters.  A most honest man I believe.  You see sir we had the van serviced before we went on vacation in May.  I told Dennis that it might need a tune up and other such service, he assured me the van needed only some seals from some oil leaks.  Well when we returned from vacation we needed an oil change, this time we went to another Toyota dealership, big mistake they found about five things wrong, so they said.  All lies, I gave Dennis the estimate with all that they thought it needed.  It would have been over $1,200.  The one thing that was needed, but not critical was the emergency brake was not working.
This is not the first time they tried something, they once tried to charge me close to $100 for wiper blades.  You are cheaper I know.  I have purchased 6 vehicles from another Toyota dealership.  They showed their gratitude by charging me more for a used Corolla than a new one.  I was desperate and I needed to get a car immediately.  I had bought 4 cars from this one Salesman.  But though some might say it is costing me money to drive 30 miles (to Adams Toyota) for service you can see it is a bargain.
