Toyota Service,

On Thursday July 7th I brought my 4Runner in to purchase 4 new tires with your awesome Buy 3, get 1 for a $1.00 sale. As usual, the service guys were friendly and caring and the tires were placed within 1.5 hrs as quoted by the service representative. I ran some errands after I left the dealership and went home. Around 3pm I went out to my garage to find one of the tires flat (I joked it must of been the $1 one). I called the service dept and the immediately sent out 2 service guys to replace my tire with the spare and then took my tire to have it fixed. All the while offering several times their services to take us where we needed to go for our 4:00 appt. We ended up following the service guys to the dealership to have the "bad tire" fixed. It took about 1 hr for them to fix and replace it back on my vehicle.

All to my surprise, Shawn offered me a FREE oil change, for my trouble, next time my vehicle needed it. More dealerships need to look at Adams Toyota and their fast and friendly service. I don't think there is anything this dealership could do to make their service better... To me... they go way above what is expected which makes my experience with them always the best.
