Dear Adams Toyota,

I discovered today that you have a chat section for your service department. Sweet. :)
First, Patrick helped me on a chat, and then Adam called me within 15 minutes to set up a time for me to come in and get our 2006 Toyota Sienna Van set up on the recall for the spare tire cable hardware replacement...and a new battery. I had to put my charger on the old battery to get it to fire up the van. I'm sick of snow and the cold weather, too.
When I did get in, I appreciate all the help I received from Dennis in your service dept and the attention to detail that all your people showed to me as I waited for the work to be completed.
Nice waiting area! Also talked to Wilbert in your Sales Dept about newer Sienna's for sale.
I like the new redesign.

My wife and I both love your free complimentary car wash! (After all the snow, ice and salt on the roads our older van still looks good under all the grime.)
