Dear Scott Middleton,
I have to let you know that your dealership by far has exceeded my expectations so far.  I came to you after leaving a dealership who completely made me mad, were not respectful and did not act like they were willing to work for me to get my business.  As soon as I stepped into your lot, I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful salesman that I had dealt with in car buying yet.  He did not annoy me like the others did on test drives.  He answered the questions I had and let the car sell itself.  After that, I was then impressed with Jim Foster who closed the deal.  Both were on my side, understanding my situation and wanting me to be a partner with Toyota.  I felt like this dealership truly wanted my business, and guess what, you got it!  There was one minor glitch with the car after I took it home.  I did take the survey and mentioned that on the survey and within the next day Ryan Dill called me back wanting to make everything better.  I brought the car in and once again, your dealership exceeded my expectations.  If the whole world was run the way your dealership is run, we would all be happy people.  The way I have been treated by your staff is phenomenal and that is the way customers in this country should be treated!  I am so thankful I chose Adams Toyota as my dealership.  There should be an option for a 6 on the survey, exceeds expectations and satisfaction, instead of just 5’s.  I would have given Adams Toyota 6’s across the board.  Thank you once again!
