Dear Mr. Adams,
My wife was in this week and bought a 72 cent part. When she had trouble in the parking lot installing it (a license plate light bulb, I believe), the parts guy offered to help. She thought she could get it but was still having trouble, after a few minutes when a sales man walked outside and made the repair.
