This is the fifth car we have purchased from Glen during that time frame. He has been patient in dealing with our questions and taken the time necessary to insure our needs have been met. He is an ultimate professional in all he does and an example of how a salesperson should conduct themselves with customers.
My experience with your dealership goes back to 1979 when I purchased my first Toyota (a Celica hatchback) from Ray Adams, personally. Since that time I have purchased 14 cars from your dealership. Needless to say I have been pleased with all my contacts with Adams’s personnel.
All of our cars have been serviced through your service department.  Again, the professionalism shown by your service advisors has been outstanding. They have insured the necessary car care has been provided fairly and honestly.
With all the changes taking place in the auto industry, I hope your dealership will never lose sight of how to treat people. Customer service is on the decline in our country. I am happy to say that I have not seen that in your organization.
