I just had my truck serviced at your shop. It was my first experience with your service center. I want to be sure the employees hear the good stuff as well as the bad. My service was excellent. I arrived at 7:00 AM and was attended to immediately. I was told my work would take roughly two hours and decided to wait. The work was done in one hour and fifty minutes. While I waited, I was offered internet access, which allowed me to work while I waited. Someone went out of their way to give me the access numbers and the best place to sit to see the TV and plug into an outlet. I think he said his name was "Tank"? I utilized the food center and appreciated the honor system it portrayed.
