Dear Mr. Adams,
I am writing to congratulate you on having the leadership skills to both hire and empower a man like Ryan Dill.  Having run my own business for many years, I know the importance of hiring the right individuals, placing them in responsible positions and giving them the authority to represent the company well.  You obviously have done that with Ryan.
I just picked up my 2007 Avalon Limited from Adams Toyota.  In 2003 I also bought an Avalon from your dealership.  In fact, this is the third time I have driven the 45 minutes to get to your dealership to buy a car.  I live within three miles of a Toyota dealership north of the river.  The only reason I drive to your dealership is Ryan.  I like him, because I trust him.  Although I only know Ryan in the setting of your dealership, I believe him to be a man of integrity.  I hope you are able to retain Ryan, I am sure you will take very good care of him.  I have told many of my friends about my preference of trading with Ryan.
I also want to add that the salesman we dealt with on these trades was Tim Brady.  We have found Tim to be very knowledgeable of his products, very helpful, very thorough, and just a nice guy.  He came in on his day off when we picked up our car, just to make sure all was fine.
