I want you to know that from the moment I walked into the dealership on Tuesday, every person was extremely courteous and friendly.  I was especially impressed with your Service Advisors and Adam Casselman who helped us acquire the vehicle for our trip and who gave us such a friendly greeting when we returned again on Thursday.  I know the mechanic who was working on this project also went to extra efforts to figure out the situation and fix it.
I honestly have not trusted dealerships for several years, but I have to tell you – your staff has earned my trust back and I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.  Hopefully not because of a broken part on my van, but rather when my husband and I come looking for another vehicle in the next year or so.  You have a great staff and they should be commended on their efforts.
