Dear Ray,

As you know, we've been big fans of yours and your organization for a number of years.  It has always been a pleasure doing business with you, as may well be evidenced by our purchase of three(!) new cars in the past to years.

In case it hasn't hit you over the head already, I wanted to write a note to applaud Scott Middleton and his team.  They've gone above and beyond what should be necessary to tend a customer (complete with a road trip to my house to program my Home Link system and my gate) and have consistently made us feel as though it was all par for the course.

In addition, your team in service (Shawn Sweeney and Scott Spiwak in particular) has overshot the goal by delivering courteous, prompt, can-do service to everyone in our family.  From the emergency water pump in our very old, very used Avalon, to the application of license plates and replacement of a broken side-view mirror on a very new Sienna, they've been dynamite.

Companies are failing and flailing in this economy and in the end, the difference between those who succeed and those who are gone tomorrow will likely get down to service.  The level of attention shown to us by your team has made Adams Toyota Brand Zealots of everyone in our family and we feel confident yours will be among the companies that will thrive to look back on this dark period in retail and recall what got them through.  At that point and today, you will have your people to thank.
